Craton Industries

Hidden value.
Made visible.

Craton is building the intelligence and project-formation platform for complex physical assets, revealing their highest-value path from uncertainty to execution.

Thesis

Complexity can conceal value.

Complex assets are rarely understood as a whole.

Technical risk, environmental liability, recoverable value and future use are typically considered separately. That can conceal the best outcome for the asset.

Craton brings those variables into one decision framework, identifies the highest-value intervention and creates a path to execution.

Our ambition is to make a fragmented category of overlooked physical assets legible to capital, creating the foundations of a new investable asset class.

People

Built across both sides of the problem.

The founding team combines asset intelligence with project formation: the technical reading of an asset, and the structuring required to finance and execute it.

Ron has spent his career developing and financing complex real-world assets. He has worked across infrastructure, industrial development and institutional capital, taking large physical projects from concept to funded reality. He understands how physical risk is structured and turned into projects that capital can finance.

Building now

Craton is operating in stealth.

We are working with a small group of industry, research and technology partners as we build.

If your work touches complex physical assets, industrial systems or resource intelligence, we would like to hear from you.
